Overview
Zanzibar is located in the Indian Ocean, just 25 km off the coast of mainland Tanzania. It is famed for its historical Stone Town and stunning beaches. Zanzibar is also known as "Spice Island", which bears significant stories of history since the 15th century. Explore Zanzibar's pristine beaches, clear ocean waters, and historical destinations in a lovely unique way. Wander in the Stone Town a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can find the House of Wonders, National Museum of Zanzibar, Freddie Mercury Museum and the Old Fort. When the Portuguese arrived in 1498, they found on the coast a series of independent towns, inhabited by Arabs, but not united to Arabia by any political tie. Their relations with these Arabs were mostly hostile, but during the sixteenth century they firmly established their power, and ruled with the aid of tributary Arab sultans. This system lasted till 1631, when the Sultan of Mombasa massacred the European inhabitants.

Day 1
Airport Pick-up and Transfer to Hotel a guided tour of stone town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Experience tracing the footsteps of Arab Sultans on Zanzibar and ponder on the interesting historical sites and labyrinths. See actual Zanzibar doors famous for its unique architectural tradition. and spend the night at Forodhani garden.
Day 2
We start with a tour at the Jozani National Park and play with these rare red monkeys then have a walking tour as we will proceed to the countryside to the spice plantations. This place has a rich history and you will be welcomed by the rich aroma of spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon. You will learn about the history of these spices and how to use them also taking a Swahili food cooking class making lunch. After lunch we will head to the port taking a boat to Prison Island and witness the gigantic tortoises that weight to 250-300 kilograms (600 pounds) and age to 300+ years and learn about the Prison’s history. We will then head to the beach, a top favorite for its white sand, clear waters, and romantic sunsets.
Day 3
Just after having breakfast we shall go to the nearest orphanage or non-profit if you have volunteered to share some of your time with then go on a fully guided stone town tour covering all the most significant sites also allowing you to shop in the amazing local shops then get ready for your departure.
